Welcome to the Bachelor of Interior Design!

Welcome to Bachelor of Interior Design program at Yorkville University. This CIDA Accredited program with two forums (Online and on-campus) offers a unique opportunity to study interior design in a flexible pace through taking your courses online, on-campus, or hybrid. With small classes, you will acquire a direct and engaging learning environment with your professors. You can balance studying with your lifestyle. Taking some or all courses online allows you to manage your studying routine based on your work and life commitments.
At Yorkville University, we have established an interactive relationship between students and faculty to ensure the development of the skills necessary to complete the BID curriculum at YU. Through student-centered approach, we look forward creating a positive, engaging, and inspiring learning environment for students. Internship Overview

Students engage in experiential learning by completing 200 hours in a supervised internship (180 intern hours and 20 volunteer hours) to gain industry experience as a pre-professional. Emphasis is on diversified learning experiences and exposure to a variety of career options and individual pathways to careers available. The student will also gain alternate points of view and the value of lifelong learning and community experience.
