Lorraine Godden holds a PhD in Policy and Cultural studies and an M.Ed. in educational policy (Queen’s University), a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (qualified teacher status) (University of East Anglia), a BA (Hons) in Business and Marketing (Anglia Ruskin University) and has taught in K-12, A&CE, College, and HE for almost 20 years. Lorraine’s research interests include educational policy implementation, school-to-work transitions for at risk youth, workintegrated learning, professional development of novice educators, workplace mentorship, and leadership development. Lorraine has published in many international journals and conferences, and her research has been funded by SSHRC, the Federal and Ontario Governments, and other non-profit organizations.
