Barbara Elliott is an Assistant Professor with Nipissing University in the RPN to BScN Blended Learning Program (School of Nursing). She has a Master of Nursing Degree as well as a Doctorate of Philosophy in Adult Education Leadership. Outside of teaching, Barbara has extensive work experience in the areas of program development and community/population health. Barbara’s past research has focused on Outpatient Breast Cancer Surgery as well as Nurse Educator Job Satisfaction and Faculty Morale. Presently, Barbara is working with a team of health care professionals in Newfoundland and Labrador who are exploring the knowledge of and adherence to radiographic guidelines for low back pain.
