Diane Burt has held several senior leadership roles within the post-secondary education sector and also has experience in the non-profit and for-profit sectors. Currently, she is the Director of Research, Innovation and Experiential Education at a community college. Her areas of expertise include adult education, faculty development, organizational development, change leadership, appreciative inquiry, team and leadership development, and virtual teams. Diane has a BA (English), BEd (Secondary Education), MEd (Adult Education) and EdD (Educational Leadership and Change). She enjoys supervising students’ capstone work and providing guidance on effective writing.
